1. Service Description

Pugui Travel & Culture ("we") provides luxury retreat booking and cultural journey curation services through this website. All services are subject to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

Upon booking confirmation, payment is processed via your selected method (WeChat Pay, Alipay, Stripe, or PayPal). Prices shown at booking are final and inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations 7+ days before check-in: 100% refund. 3-7 days: 50% refund. Within 3 days: non-refundable. For special circumstances, contact your travel curator directly.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in: 14:00. Check-out: 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, pandemic controls, etc.). We will assist with itinerary changes where reasonably possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, videos, design) is owned by Pugui Travel & Culture or its licensors. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, through competent courts.
